The challenge
A buying team in Mexico requests samples before deciding on a larger order. The supplier can prepare the parcel, but final dimensions, weight and descriptions of each item are still missing. The recipient needs a proposal based on those details and the receiving address.
The MX Pacific Express proposal
The review would begin by identifying products, materials, quantities, intended use and declared value, along with any batteries or liquids requiring review before acceptance. Calling the goods “samples” would not replace those descriptions or establish import conditions on its own.
The gross weight and outer dimensions of the closed parcel would be requested. Actual and dimensional weight would be compared using the divisor confirmed for the proposed service. If different packaging were considered, any revised estimate would depend on measuring the final parcel again.
The proposal would use the origin city, full receiving address, postal code and recipient contact in Mexico. Delivery scope, included charges and responsibilities still requiring confirmation would be clarified. Once a shipment was booked, tracking would be handled separately from the original quote request.
What this would help decide
The aim would be an identified and measured parcel, a confirmed recipient and a proposal that supports a decision on authorizing shipment. Acceptance and delivery would be confirmed for that parcel; receiving it would not mean approving the sample or confirming a production order.
