1. Website and transport agreements
This site presents services of JETON EXPRESS SERVICE LIMITED under MX Pacific Express, a Jeton Express project. Guides, estimates and tools provide general information. Browsing, calculating or preparing an inquiry does not book transport.
Every shipment requires written confirmation of the contracting party, acceptance, route, scope, charges and responsibilities. These terms do not replace a transport contract or mandatory law.
2. Cargo, prices and schedules
Provide correct descriptions, quantities, outer dimensions, gross weight, packaging and destination. Disclose batteries, liquids, restrictions and special handling before dispatch. Confirm receiving instructions.
Validity, billable weight or volume, inclusions, taxes, customs, storage and destination charges must be agreed. Schedules are estimates unless expressly agreed and depend on the carrier, customs and operational conditions.
3. Changes, claims and insurance
Check the consequences of changes or cancellation before acting. Costs depend on work agreed or performed. Report damage, shortages or delays promptly with references, photos and records.
Claim periods, liability, insurance, refunds and disputes depend on the service, documents and mandatory law. Insurance is not automatically included. No blanket waiver, compensation cap or exclusive court is imposed here.
4. Use and outside references
Do not abuse the website or interfere with its security. Tools may be used to prepare shipments. Third-party brands and materials retain their rights. Amazon and Mercado Libre are not affiliated with this site.
Verify transport and customs decisions with the carrier, customs professional or responsible team. External services apply their own terms.
