An inquiry may include your name, company, email, origin, destination and cargo details. Share only relevant information and authorized third-party data. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or identity documents in an initial inquiry.

2. Tools and contact

The calculator and inquiry preparer process values in your browser. These fields are not saved in a website database, localStorage or sessionStorage. Information is passed to your chosen channel when you continue to email or WhatsApp.

A WhatsApp link includes the inquiry text in the URL transmitted to WhatsApp. Review it before opening. The email link prepares a message in your mail app; you must confirm sending.

Email to hi@mxpacificexpress.com is forwarded to the company’s support inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. Email and messaging providers process data under their own conditions.

3. Purpose and disclosure

We use information you send to respond, quote, coordinate agreed services, maintain records and meet obligations. Depending on purpose and applicable law, processing may rely on requested pre-contract steps, a contract, legal obligations, legitimate operational interests or consent where required.

Necessary information may be shared with carriers, partners, customs agents, hosting providers or authorities. International transport may involve Hong Kong, mainland China and Mexico; transfer requirements are addressed for each service.

4. Retention, security and requests

Retention depends on the inquiry, service and accounting, customs or dispute obligations. No universal deletion period is promised. Access should be limited to those who need the information.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and withdraw consent where applicable by contacting our email. Proportionate verification may be needed. Applicable law may limit requests or allow complaints to a competent authority.

5. Hosting and external services

Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical logs, IP addresses and security or operational information. This version has no advertising, optional analytics or tracking pixels.
