The challenge
An importer in Mexico needs to replenish part of its range before the rest of a purchase in China. Some products are ready while others are still pending with the supplier. The requested date is a business need that must still be checked against a feasible route.
The MX Pacific Express proposal
The review would start by separating the priority products, quantities and actual ready dates. Gross weights and final outer packaging dimensions would be requested for that portion, together with product descriptions and details of any batteries or liquids.
Those details would support an acceptance review and an assessment of an air option for the urgent portion. Chargeable weight would be checked against the rule for the proposed route; an estimate for the whole purchase would not automatically apply to the goods selected for air transport.
The proposal would distinguish pickup, departure, arrival, importing and delivery to the agreed destination in Mexico. An ocean option could be retained for the remaining goods, with the scope and charges of each departure compared before a decision.
What this would help decide
The aim would be to agree which products justify an air departure and which can wait, with packaging, documents and responsibilities defined separately. Capacity, acceptance and dates would be confirmed before booking; this scenario establishes no delivery deadline or achieved savings.
