The challenge
A brand is preparing a batch with multiple SKUs from its supplier in China. It needs to replenish inventory in Mexico, but carton contents still need finalizing and the destination must be confirmed as its own warehouse, a third party or a marketplace facility. These are inventory shipments rather than individual consumer orders.
The MX Pacific Express proposal
The review would begin with a breakdown of SKUs, units and cartons, together with weights, dimensions and a cargo-ready date. The exact receiving address and recipient contact would be requested so the quote is based on a defined destination.
For a marketplace destination, the shipment-plan status, labels and appointment conditions would be reviewed with the seller for confirmation with the receiving facility. Any labeling, storage or preparation work would be included only where its scope had been expressly agreed.
Transport would be assessed around the cargo and urgency. The proposal would define who prepares documents, who is responsible for importing and where the transport service ends. Carrier delivery, warehouse receiving and inventory availability would be treated as separate milestones.
What this would help decide
The aim would be a batch identified by SKU and carton, a confirmed destination and clear responsibilities before authorizing shipment. Receiving and availability for sale would remain subject to their respective processes; this scenario promises neither marketplace acceptance nor sales results.
