Confirm the destination and current shipment plan
Ask the account owner for the shipment plan or the details the platform specifies for that operation. Check the assigned destination, products, quantities and delivery mode. If the plan changes, review the cargo and associated documents.
The linked Amazon public guides are from its US website and illustrate preparation concepts. Confirm the destination market’s rules in your account; do not automatically transfer size limits or service options between countries.
Separate product and package identification
Amazon’s public guide distinguishes product codes and preparation tasks. Mercado Libre Mexico’s help also says to check product identification before assembling packages and distinguishes outer shipping cartons from factory cases.
Ensure each label file corresponds to the correct product or carton. Confirm who generates, prints, applies and checks the applicable labels. Follow the current account instructions for product presentation, packaging and delivery for that operation.

Review a preparation sample before dispatch
Request photos that let you check the relationship between product, carton and shipment reference. Compare declared contents with the packing list and the seller’s plan.
If repacking or labeling is needed, agree on the work and approval before booking. Repeat the review when quantities, groupings or destination change. Do not assume your supplier knows the current requirements of your account.
Distinguish delivery, receiving and availability
Amazon describes separate arrival and receiving states for FBA shipments. When tracking, record both the carrier evidence and the platform status with their dates and references.
For Full, use the statuses and procedures shown in your account. If figures differ, retain the records and follow the platform’s current process. This guide does not promise a receiving time or a date when stock will become available for sale.
What to include in the logistics inquiry
Share the product, carton count, dimensions, weight, origin and assigned destination. State the status of the plan, labels and delivery arrangements, alongside the party handling importing.
